BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 22, 2007 --The Harvard Learning Centers, Inc., a Florida corporation (the "Company"), announces that the NASD has approved its 15c211 filing effective immediately. Accordingly, the Company's common stock is now tradeable on the Pink Sheets (PINKSHEETS: HVLN).

While the mandatory certs recall of last year created some difficulty and delay, we are pleased to announce that the Company should now be in a better position to deal with whaever shorts may still exist in the Company's stock.

Don Platten, President, states: "We understand that this process was stressful to many of our loyal shareholders but, based upon the advice of our advisers, we came to the conclusion that there was no other way of dealing successfully with the shorts.
