TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 20, 2014) - The Intertain Group Limited ("Intertain" or the "Company") (TSX:IT) is pleased to announce a dividend on all of its issued and outstanding common shares (the "Common Shares") of $0.0317 per share (the "Dividend"). There are currently 13,603,203 Common Shares issued and outstanding resulting in an aggregate payment by Intertain of $431,569.88. All holders of Common Shares on record as of the close of business on July 2^nd, 2014 will be eligible to receive the Dividend.
