The Jean Coutu Group Chooses New "LE SAC PLUS" Door-Knob Bag

MONTRÉAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 22, 2011) - Quebecor Media Network Inc., a subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc., is pleased to announce today the signing of a new agreement with The Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. ("Jean Coutu Group"). In addition to providing the Jean Coutu Group with prepress and printing services, Quebecor Media Network will now distribute Jean Coutu Group's flyers via LE SAC PLUS, its new door-knob bag service. Quebecor Media Network will distribute close to 150 million pieces of advertising per year for the Jean Coutu Group across Québec. Starting October 5, 2011, households will therefore receive the weekly flyer from Jean Coutu-affiliated pharmacies in the new LE SAC PLUS bag.

LE SAC PLUS was launched on August 31, 2011 and has already landed numerous leading brands, including Future Shop, Best Buy, Rossy, Stereo Plus, Centre Hi-Fi, and now the Jean Coutu Group. In addition to distributing all of Quebecor Media's community newspapers, LE SAC PLUS also distributes advertising materials, flyers and value-added promotions every week.

Recipients of LE SAC PLUS will win a total of 30 trips to the south, thanks to the participation of the Jean Coutu Group.
