The LinkedIn for College Students Announces Hacker Tour 2013

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2013) -  Readyforce, the career network for college students, announces today the return of the Hacker Tour for the 2013 Fall recruiting season. The 2013 Hacker Tour will visit 30 university campuses in 20 states to identify Engineering and Computer Science students from across the country. Readyforce will represent startups and tech companies to promote their job opportunities to top students preparing to graduate and launch their careers.

Last year's inaugural Hacker Tour partnered with 26 sponsor companies, such as Square, Box, SoundCloud, and Codecademy, to visit 25 major engineering programs across the country. Approximately 1,400 engineering students joined Readyforce as a result of the tour and 3,500 connections were made between sponsor companies and students via the Readyforce site.
