The Montreal Burlesque Festival Brings Glitter to October

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 22, 2015) - The sexiest festival of the year returns with its 7^th edition with the most spectacular line-up yet. From Thursday to Saturday, October 15^th to 17^th, 2015, Montreal Burlesque Festival will pack Club Soda with a stellar series of shows, showcasing the sensuality, diversity and coquetterie of major international burlesque stars and circus spice.

The festival assembles an unprecedented line up of tantalizing pin-up, led by headliners Scarlett James, Albadoro Gala, Raquel Reed, Miss Sophie Champagne and more big names like Chantale de Bisous, Donna Denise, Rita Lynch, Ruby Moon, Mimi Cherry, Jamie Von Stratton, and Marilyn Mayhem. Together, they will make you blush and smile at the same time. On Thursday, October 15^th, members of the media are invited to a meet & greet with the artists from 6 to 7 pm. The show begins at 8 pm with Fashion; ladies featuring local designers followed by the much anticipated Burlesque show featuring the headliners and will be followed by the Electro-Swing Speakeasy Ball, the hottest party of the year, featuring DJ Don Mescal and the artist collective Speakeasy Electro Swing, whose sound can be best described as the music of the first Great Depression mixed with today's technology to deliver a cocktail of non-stop dancing and fun. Show tickets include access to the ball.

Montreal Burlesque Festival takes position and is proud to be associated to Anorexia and Bulimia Quebec (ANEB), a philanthropic organization devoted to the support of the estimated 65,000 young between the ages of 12-30 afflicted with eating disorders.
