The Music Makers-The Dreamers of Dreams -- BREAKOUT MUSIC Breaks From Convention

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - August 22, 2007) - "If music be the food of love... ROCK ON!" Breakout Worldwide Entertainment, the dynamic new Production Company already synonymous with young, independent and inspired, is now weaving its entertainment web a little wider, with the launching of BREAKOUT MUSIC.

Breakout Entertainment was started in January 2007 by Sherri Strain, who most recently was a partner in The Asylum. Breakout sets out to be a fully integrated and synchronistic entertainment company, with divisions devoted to film, television, music, apparel and events, all working together to entertain their audience. Along with Head of Development Christina Rosenberg, Breakout is working to discover and encourage new talent -- any artist pushing boundaries, making waves, and "breaking out."

BREAKOUT MUSIC's main criteria are strong songwriting, dynamic performers, first-rate musicianship, and most of all, music that speaks to people. With an acute ear and an even keener eye, BREAKOUT MUSIC will champion up-and-coming artists with serious promise.

The record label is a natural progression for BREAKOUT, tying into their film, television and event plans. These select musicians will become part of an intricate collaboration with Breakout Entertainment and will be a part of an interconnected, synchronistic group covering film, touring, recording, merchandise and events.

One of the first releases will be the soundtrack of "L'Originale Burlesque," an original release accompanying Breakout's new series by the same name, featuring pop songs infused with a Burlesque feel.

Whatever the melody, whatever the mood, BREAKOUT MUSIC is sure to turn the volume up! To check out more, visit
