The New Abuelitos Dolls Have Come to Panama Just in Time for the Holidays!!

Carol Fenster, CEO and Co-Founder of Baby Abuelita, Is Coming to Panama for the Launch of the Abuelitos Dolls That Sing Traditional Lullabies and Encourage Family Values

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - October 16, 2008) - Baby Abuelita Productions has launched its unique products in the Panamanian Market as part of its recent agreement with Oca Loca to distribute the dolls just in time for the holidays.

Founded in 2005 and with headquarters in Miami, Baby Abuelita Productions manufactures dolls that sing traditional lullabies to preserve the rich culture and encourage family values. The company was created by two working mothers: Hilda Argilagos-Jiménez, a dance teacher, and Carol Fenster, psychotherapist.

The dolls sing songs about traditional games and lullabies that have been passed from generation to generation in Hispanic families. The dolls not only preserve the rich Latin traditions and culture but also teach music and creativity, help develop listening and learning skills, promote language skills, and develop social skills. The Abuelitos, Rosa and Pancho, and their granddaughters, Andrea and Tita, sing popular lullabies familiar to the majority of native Spanish speakers. The songs include, among others, for example: son: Arroz con Leche, Duérmete Mi Niña, Campanitas, Esa Niña Linda and Los pollitos.

The dolls have experienced great success in the U.S. Market. Now they're available for the Panama market through Oca Loca. Baby Abuelita CEO, Carol Fenster, will visit Oca Loca this coming Monday and Tuesday, October 20th and 21st, to see the Oca Loca stores.

"We are very pleased that Oca Loca has given us the opportunity to be present in the Panama Market," said Jennifer del Pino, Director of Marketing and International Sales at Baby Abuelita. "Baby Abuelita Productions is determined to develop learning and at the same time, preserve the Hispanic cultural heritage and we believe that the Panama Market will benefit tremendously from these dolls."
