The New House Unveils Its TNH 123 Program

Program Gives Current and Prospective Homeowners Options to Buy, Lease-to-Own or Rent Brand New, Single-Family Detached Homes in Beaumont and San Jacinto

  • Buy: The New House sets the standard as one of the most affordable, high-quality home buying options in Southern California with the cost to buy ranging from $149,000 to $214,000;

  • Lease-to-Own: Homeowners can Lease-to-Own The New House and can take up to three years before deciding to purchase by paying the monthly rent plus an additional amount of $257-$366, depending on the model. These additional funds are applied towards the down payment should the family decide to convert and own the home;

  • Rent: Homeowners can choose to rent The New House for a low monthly rent and enjoy living in a brand new, single-family detached home. The cost to rent begins as low as $1,450.
