The Options Clearing Corporation Announces Three Officer Promotions

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - December 19, 2007) - The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) today announced the following promotions.

Dan Busby to Vice President, Internet Services from Director, Internet and Investor Services. In this expanded role, Busby will continue to lead the Internet Services department and oversee the daily operations of its 10 websites and has also assumed responsibility for implementing the internet strategy for the Options Industry Council.

Heather Dimovski to Vice President, Enterprise Operating Platforms from Director, Distributed Server Services where she will be responsible for all distributed servers, mainframes and PC platforms. Over the last couple of years, Dimovski took on a new technical team outside her traditional area of experience and was in charge of updating existing Unix server hardware with new technology.

Bob Lake to Vice President, Application Services from Director, Application Design. Lake recently took responsibility for all Application Services projects, including many of OCC's Corporate Objectives.

The promotions were awarded at the end of a record year for OCC and the options industry.
