LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - March 24, 2008) - The Osmond family is gearing up for a tour of the UK and Southeast Asia that kicks off in mid-May. The tour caps a dizzying flurry of events for the family over the past year as they celebrated 50 years as a performing entity -- a year that included their first live performance in Las Vegas in over 27 years (filmed and airing as a PBS pledge drive special this month), a "family reunion" on the "Oprah Winfrey Show" (recently re-aired), Donny's resurgence in movies ("College Road Trip") and as a host of "Entertainment Tonight." The current round of "Osmondmania" has also been stoked by recent appearances on "Good Morning America," the announcement that Donny and Marie will host the "2008 Miss USA Pageant" in April and a tour featuring Donny and Marie towards the end of summer. "Entertainment Tonight" aired interviews with the family shot during their recent Children's Miracle Network charity convention in Orlando throughout this past week and weekend. Denon Records will release the companion DVD and CD "The Osmonds 50th Anniversary Reunion Concert" on April 1st.

The arena tour begins in UK on May 18th in Belfast with dates quickly selling out (2 dates are already sold out at Wembley Arena!). The tour will arrive in Perth, Australia in June with several stops in Southeast Asia through the rest of the month. Tour dates are as follows: 5/18 Belfast Odessy Arena; 5/20 Glasgow SEC; 5/22 Newcastle Metro Radio Arena; 5/23 Sheffield Hallam FM Arena; 5/24 Manchester Evening News Arena; 5/26 Birmingham NIA; 5/27 & 28 Cardiff Int'l Arena; 5/30 & 31 London Wembley Arena (sold out); 6/1 London 02 Arena; 6/5 Perth, The Dome; 6/8 Taipei Arena Indoor Stadium; 6/14 Manilla PICC Plenerary Hall; 6/17 Singapore; 6/21 Kuala Lumpur Genting Arena of the Stars.

The Osmond family recently reunited to celebrate a historic 50th anniversary and performed live together for the first time in 27 years at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas where it was filmed for a PBS pledge drive program. "The Osmonds 50th Anniversary Reunion Concert Live in Vegas" has been airing nationally on PBS stations this month and has been one of their most successful pledge drives. The DVD, CD and special Collector's Edition packages of this historic evening will be released on Denon Records (a unit of the Savoy Label Group) April 1st.

Produced by Jimmy Osmond, the special is a lively mix of The Osmond's biggest hits in all of their incarnations incorporating video clips and guest artists such as Andy Williams (on whose 60's television program the family first came to national attention). The Osmond Brothers' hit songs "One Bad Apple," "Lazy River," "Proud One," "We're Having A Party," "Double Loving" and "Yo Yo" are performed as well as Donny's solo hits "Puppy Love," "Breeze On By" and "Soldier Of Love." Marie takes a turn with her hit "Paper Roses" as well as a medley of Broadway tunes and Donny teams up with her to perform their hits "I'm Leaving It All Up To You," "Little Bit Country And Little Bit Rock And Roll" and "It Takes Two." Jimmy also gets a solo turn performing his #1 chart-topper "Long Haired Lover From Liverpool." The limited Collector's Edition 2-DVD set contains a bonus disc with 5 exclusive performances, rare footage, interviews with the family and a Marie Osmond solo medley.
