The Real Deal Announces Its Broward County Forum & Showcase

The Publication's Spring South Florida Market Report Will Be Unveiled at the Event

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2015) - Following the success of its first South Florida real estate showcase last fall, The Real Deal, the leading real estate publication in both New York and South Florida, is turning its attention to the booming Broward area. South Florida's marketplace continues to attract worldwide attention, with Broward County emerging as a highly coveted region for buyers. With its upcoming Broward County Forum & Showcase and the unveiling of its spring South Florida Market Report, The Real Deal will examine the state of the real estate market in South Florida. The event will take place Thursday, April 23 at the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) in Dania Beach, Fla., from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The showcase is expected to attract more than 2,500 real estate professionals -- from brokers, developers and architects to designers, investors and homebuyers. Last year's Miami showcase and forum had an attendance of over 4,000 people. Featuring over 30 developer and brokerage exhibitors, attendees will be able to explore what's next for the area. Additionally, expert panels will take place throughout the day, giving insights into a variety of topics. Panelists will be announced at a later date.

"The South Florida real estate market never ceases to amaze with its pre-construction projects attracting buyers from all over the world and fetching record-breaking prices," said Amir Korangy, publisher of The Real Deal. "We are looking forward to replicating the success we had at The Real Deal's Miami real estate showcase last fall in Broward County this April."

Recognized as a must-read source for real estate news in New York and South Florida, The Real Deal has a readership of more than 130,000 real estate professionals in print and more than 1.3 million monthly visitors online.
