The Second Wall Street Dead aHead Networking Event Is Sold Out

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - April 03, 2013) -  What do the Grateful Dead and Wall Street have in common? They're both alive, well and joining spirit forces at Wall Street Dead aHead Networking Events!

The first event, held on December 3rd, was a huge success! It had to happen again! The second Wall Street Dead aHead Networking Event will be held on Tuesday, May 7th at Midtown 1015, located at 1015 Second Avenue in Manhattan. The event was created with the goal of bringing fun and music to the financial community, while tying together -- by tie-dye or connections -- those who share a common interest, namely music by the Grateful Dead.

The event will feature a concert by The Deadbeats; open-bar beer and wine with liquor sponsors Veev, Jameson and Espolon; appetizers and sponsor bags -- and for ultimate networking, a coveted attendance roster with contact information that also lists each attendee's favorite Grateful Dead song. For this upcoming event, Wall Street Dead aHead affiliated with the Songs of Love Foundation, which will be providing a very special gift for all attendees.

Founded by Wall Street veteran and money manager Deborah Solomon, Wall Street Dead aHead Networking Events are specifically designed to bring together the "Dead Head" community spirit to the financial world.

Commenting on this unique event series, Solomon said, "Robert Hunter, lyricist for the Grateful Dead, said it best. These events are all about 'Strangers stopping strangers, just to shake their hands.' The financial community has been whiplashed over the past few years. I've created these networking events built on common music interests with the goal of forming lasting business relationships and friendships in an environment more relaxed than the one most of us work in daily. Attendees will be able to enjoy live music while sipping specialty cocktails and networking with people who have both music and financial experience as conversation-starting commonalities."

Premier sponsors include: Cohere Communications, Irth Communications, Dian Griesel Inc., Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, Millennium Funding NYC, Design and Source and Oxygen Plus. An array of additional sponsors are also supporting this event by participating in the sponsor bag.
