The Soulard Group Acquires New Clients, Opens Three New Offices in First Quarter

RUMFORD, RI--(Marketwired - Jan 5, 2015) - The client base for The Soulard Group has expanded from the sports and entertainment industry to leaders in the telecommunications and retail industries. After a profitable fourth quarter, the Soulard Group is launching new programs to advance into Fortune 500 retailers up and down the East Coast.

"Our clients are seeing the benefits of our In-Store Marketing Programs. In turn, we are launching new campaigns throughout New England," President Joshua Snyder said. Over the holiday season, The Soulard Group expanded its In-Store Marketing Campaigns into seven of New England's leading retailers, including three in Rhode Island and four in Massachusetts. The Company is scheduled to open three new office locations this quarter, including expansions into DC, New York, and another in Rhode Island.

"Our programs literally take our clients' products and services inside some of the country's largest retailers. Because of the foot traffic in the stores, our clients are getting five times the results that online marketing efforts provide," Snyder said.

Despite the Rhode Island unemployment rate of 7.4 percent, The Soulard Group has been able to more than triple the size of its marketing team in 2014, enabling growth and expansion for 2015.

"There are two reasons for our continued growth," Snyder said. "The first is because we are a results driven company. We offer our clients a 100 percent return on investment; they do not pay us anything until we deliver. We have proven that the most effective way to acquire new customers is to put the product in their hands as soon as possible so that they can envision themselves owning it," Snyder said. "That's what we have done for years and what we will continue to do."

Snyder attributes the second reason for The Soulard Group's success to its recruiting of people with an 'entrepreneurial spirit'. "We attract people that have a very clear goal of advancing in their career," Snyder said. "Some people want to sit behind a desk, look busy, and leave the building at 5 p.m. sharp every day; this is not that place. By surrounding ourselves with ambitious and driven team members, we are able to foster growth and expansion daily."

The Soulard Group has a 100 percent promotion from within policy. All of the company's top managers have started out as a Manager in Training. "All of our growth has come from people that know, and more importantly share, our philosophies and work ethic. Our training program is hard, but that's why we develop such great managers and team members," Snyder said. "Let's face it, a lot of people would love to manage one of our offices, but don't want to do what it takes to get there. It's not what you want out of life, it's what are you willing to do to get it."

Snyder and his team have set goals of opening eight more offices over the course of the coming year. They also have plans to expand their portfolio to include clients in the solar energy and cellular industries.
