The Stallion Group Announces Forward Split

JACKSON, MS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 13, 2007 -- The Stallion Group (OTCBB: SLGR) is pleased to report that the Board of Directors has approved a forward stock split that will divide its issued and outstanding share capital on a basis of two new shares for each existing share, effective April 17, 2007. The company believes that the forward stock split will enhance liquidity and assist in broadening the investor share base. Stallion intends to broaden the investor base through an investor awareness campaign in North America, Europe and Asia. The record and payable date is April 17, 2007.
