The Three Wise Men Arrive Early in Little Village

The Little Village Chamber of Commerce, Remy Cointreau and Supermercado La Chiquita Teamed up This Holiday Season Bringing Cheers to 12 Families in Need

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - December 19, 2014) - The Little Village Chamber of Commerce, Remy Cointreau & Supermercado La Chiquita distributed Christmas trees and $100.00 Gift certificates (from the Supermercado La Chiquita) to twelve families this Christmas season. Antonio Portillo, Remy Cointreau USA Field Marketing Director said, "It is important to give back to our community and to help those in need, especially during these trying times. We want to bring these families joy during the Holidays". The distribution took place Wednesday afternoon December 10 at the Little Village Chamber of Commerce's office, 3610 W. 26th street in Chicago. Cayetana Negrete, a resident of Little Village, was overcome with joy when she heard she was going to be giving a Christmas tree. This year had been particularly hard for the Negrete family and she was asking herself the hard question, a Christmas tree or presents for her four children.
