The Toronto Board of Trade Country Club to Become ClubLink's 27th Member Golf Club

KING CITY, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 16, 2005) - ClubLink Corporation ("ClubLink") (TSX:LNK) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long term, 21 golf season lease with The Toronto Board of Trade for The Board of Trade Country Club ("Country Club"), effective January 2, 2006. Since its opening in 1965, the Country Club (45 holes) has been consistently ranked among Canada's finest golf clubs.

The Country Club, designed by distinguished architect Howard Watson is located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Humber River Valley, North West of Toronto in Woodbridge, Ontario.

The Country Club will be managed by ClubLink on behalf of the Toronto Board of Trade for 2005 and the Country Club will become a ClubLink Gold Member Golf Club in 2006. ClubLink Board of Trade Country Club memberships will be accepted immediately, with new members playing at option home clubs within the ClubLink system for the rest of 2005.
