The Toronto Star and The Weather Network Team Up for Online Weather

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 19, 2008) - The Toronto Star and The Weather Network have joined forces to provide an improved weather section on the Star's website, thestar.com. Visitors to thestar.com can now access current conditions, forecasts, maps, daily almanac information including normal temperatures and records, plus sunrise and sunset times, provided by The Weather Network.

At thestar.com/weather, readers will find forecasts for hundreds of Canadian, US and international locations. There are handy icons for users looking for a quick visual representation, and full descriptions for those seeking greater detail in their weather forecasts.
