The Tracking Corporation's Board of Directors Elects Rick Hough Chairman

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 14, 2008) - The Tracking Corporation's Board of Directors (PINKSHEETS: TRKG) has elected Rick Hough Chairman, President and CEO.

Jerry Grisaffi, Founder and Chairman and CEO, announced today that he is stepping down and is excited about bringing in seasoned management with funding to take The Tracking Corporation to new heights. Mr. Grisaffi will stay on as head of Business Development and Mobile Fleet Sales.

Mr. Drew Diaz will assume the interim job as COO. Mr. Diaz sits on the Board of The Tracking Corporation and looks forward to helping the company become profitable. Mr. Diaz brings a background of senior sales management as well as international marketing. Mr. Diaz's background as head of worldwide sales for a major medical supplier will help TRKG reach the sales level needed for aggressive market expansion.
