The Trade Desk, Inc. Hires Veteran CFO Paul Ross to Lead Rapid Global Growth

Ross Joins Executive Team in California Headquarters

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 16, 2014) - The Trade Desk, Inc., a leading demand-side platform in advertising technology's $5 billion real-time bidding industry, today announced that Paul Ross has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Ross, a veteran CFO of private and publicly traded companies, will lead the finance and accounting function from the company's headquarters in Ventura, California.

Ross has worked in accounting and finance for more than eighteen years, earning his CPA license while at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in the 1990s. He joins The Trade Desk to oversee the global financial operations, which includes a return to Southern California where he had previously helmed financial operations at Camarillo-based ABB Product Group Solar, then known as PowerOne.

Ross holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and earned his MBA at the University of Southern California. He lives in Ventura with his wife and four children.
