The Trade Desk, Inc. Named Among Crain's 'Best Places to Work in New York City'

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 1, 2014) - The Trade Desk, Inc., a global demand-side platform in real-time bidding, was recently named as one of the Best Places to Work in New York City. Crain's New York Business, the Human Resource Association of New York, the Society of Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group created this seventh annual program.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in New York City, benefiting the city's economy, workforce and businesses. This year's list is comprised of 100 companies, up from 75 in 2013.

Crain's New York Business will report, publish and promote the numerical rankings online at crainsnewyork.com on Friday, December 5th and in Crain's New York Business' print edition on Monday, December 8th. The data was supplied by contracted independent research firm Best Companies Group, which is responsible for the entire registration and survey process, analysis of the data and final rankings. 

Organizations making the list will be honored at an event on December 5th.

Companies from across the city entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in New York City. The first part (25 percent of the ranking) consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part (75 percent of the ranking) involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
