The United States Military Academy Continues 26-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Expects to Increase Its Army A Fund 30 to 40 Percent Leveraging Paciolan's Fundraising Solution

IRVINE, CA and WEST POINT, NY--(Marketwire - Aug 22, 2012) - Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, and fundraising solutions in college athletics, today announced that the United States Military Academy ("Army") will be continuing its 26-year partnership. With the renewal, Army will be updating and adding new Paciolan technology solutions to its product portfolio, including the company's industry-leading Customer Relationship Management solution. Army has been working with Paciolan since 1986.

"We're pleased to be continuing our relationship with Paciolan," said Boo Corrigan, director of athletics, United States Military Academy. "We have had a great partnership for more than 25 years, and they have consistently delivered innovative solutions that have helped Army Athletics evolve and grow. We look forward to utilizing the opportunities to better service Black Knight fans and season ticket holders in order to provide them with the best possible experience."

Leveraging Paciolan's fundraising solution, tFund, which is integrated with its ticketing efforts, Army expects to increase its Army A Fund 30 to 40 percent this year. tFund enables Army to more efficiently manage its donations, track donor interactions and recruit new donors.

To enhance customer services, Army will be revamping its entire online ticketing process using the Paciolan system. This includes adding Paciolan's CRM solution, which it believes will bolster its outbound ticket sales efforts with the Aspire Group, and efficiently manage season ticket holder relationships. The solution provides a 360 degree view of customers' ticketing, donation and purchase history, priority points, and preferences to enhance customer interaction and help maximize revenue potential.

"Paciolan's CRM will allow us to manage our database in new and innovative ways that we believe will increase our ticket sales and help us provide a higher level of personalized service to our constituents," said Jonathan Evans, deputy athletic director, United States Military Academy.

"We are honored to be continuing our work with such a prestigious institution as the United States Military Academy," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We celebrate their achievements and look forward to helping take their athletics initiatives to exciting new levels with the addition of new Paciolan products and services."
