The University of Oregon Renews Its 25-Year Partnership With Paciolan

Continues to Leverage Paciolan System to Maintain 74 Game Sellout Streak at Autzen Stadium

IRVINE, CA and EUGENE, OR--(Marketwire - March 9, 2011) -  Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in college athletics, announced today that the University of Oregon ("UO") has renewed its 25-year partnership with the company for a term of five years. UO athletics will continue to leverage Paciolan's powerful ticketing and marketing solutions to maintain their 74 consecutive football game sellout streak at Autzen Stadium. This year, UO athletics will also transition to Paciolan's Advantage fundraising solution, which enables donors to easily manage their accounts online, correspond with the Duck Athletic Fund and define flexible payment plans.

"Paciolan outshines all others in the industry with their exceptional customer service, technology and partnership," said Garrett Klassy, assistant athletics director for the University of Oregon. "We highly value the opportunity to strategize with our Client Partner and ecommerce team members to help us implement best practices that maximize revenue and achieve our goals."

UO has long been a leader in implementing innovative online programs. The UO ticket office leverages industry best practices to renew more than 75 percent of all season ticket holders online. What's more, with the success of Oregon football, 65 percent of Autzen Stadium is filled by Duck Athletic Fund Members in priority seating. To make it easy for these season ticket holders to donate, Oregon offers a convenient online donation option tied to the renewal process.

The Oregon ticket office also implemented a 100 percent digital student ticketing program for football and basketball by allowing students to deliver tickets directly to their student ID. Students also have the option of returning unused tickets electronically to the ticket office, thereby providing other students access to the games. This automated student ticketing process significantly reduces lines at the ticket office and eliminates the cost of printing and mailing hard tickets.

The combination of Oregon's strong athletics programs and Paciolan's powerful ticketing system has enabled UO to be one of the leaders of digital ticketing in college athletics. Duck Athletic Fund members who are unable to attend a game, are able to resell their tickets to others through the Oregon Ticket Marketplace, or digitally transfer unused tickets to friends and family through email. This is an enhanced benefit for donors and Duck fans alike.

Oregon Athletics will also continue to sell tickets to men's and women's basketball, athletics and special events at the new, state-of-the-art Matthew Knight Arena. Major concerts, rodeos, family shows and other athletics events are sold through the athletics ticket office, powered by Paciolan.

"We're very excited to be continuing our partnership with the University of Oregon," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "We've accomplished so much together these past 25 years and look forward continuing to help UO achieve their goals with our industry-leading ticketing, fundraising and marketing solutions."
