TheDirectory.com to Open New Software Application and Technology Development Division

TAMPA, FL--(Marketwire - Aug 29, 2011) - TheDirectory.com, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SEEK), through a partnership with a multi-national Company generating over $60 Million in annual sales, today announced that it has completed plans to open a new software application and technology development division at a 25,000 square foot facility in Mumbai, India. The new division will allow TheDirectory.com to begin custom development of new Local search platforms, web and mobile search applications and implementation of its Local search platform into 100 new categories over the coming 18-months.

TheDirectory.com Founder and CEO Scott Gallagher commented, "To date our development needs have been handled primarily by third parties which vastly limits what we can do. Having the ability to develop a scalable, in house staff, within a highly successful multi-national operation improves our capabilities and product offering almost immediately. Our business is growing very rapidly. We have aggressive plans for the rest of this year and 2012 to enter new Local search categories, develop mobile Local search applications and accelerate the launch of version 2.0 of TheDirectory.com; the new division will help us meet those goals in a scalable and efficient manner based on our growth."
