Themis' Quorum, a Policy-Based, Real-Time System Management Solution, Is Validated by HP as a Grid Computing Solution for HP's Linux, Unix, Windows and Solaris Users

FREMONT, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 15, 2007 -- Themis, with its Quorum™ availability and workload manager, has joined the HP® Solution Business Partner (SBP) Program. The Quorum management appliance enables enterprises to easily integrate policy-based automation.

Quorum is the industry's first policy-based high-availability appliance. Quorum can bring real-time high-availability to user applications at a significantly reduced cost when compared to traditional high-availability solutions. Sub-second response times provide protection against software and hardware failures without being in the data path. Quorum is based on the CIM/WBEM open standard.

Themis' Quorum appliance is also a dynamic workload manager and can automate the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), applications and hardware resources in real-time, mission critical distributed systems.
