Independent candidate Theodore Koum, this Saturday addressed his constituency on the need for a change and promised them that change is on the way.

Theodore Koum lamented the fact that both the Liberals and the Conservatives don't seem to care about the workers and their plights and even the New Democrats who use to care have now betrayed them.

Theodore Koum reiterated to his constituents that his only allegiance is to they; the residents of Brampton West. Unlike the other Candidates who have to defend the interest of their party leaders and pay allegiance to their party ideologies. "I defend your interest only".

Theodore Koum has built his campaign on "Social Accountability" which he says has the merits of bringing the various levels of government (Federal, Provincial and Municipal) working together and most especially combining their efforts around the real needs of Canadians." He believes that the different levels of government aren't talking together enough hence the citizens are victimized.

Theodore Koum also spoke to his Education Plan with his constituency. He evoked the notion of "Second Chance". He fervently believes that every young person must be offered a second chance at education if he so desires. He challenges every single parent with the following dogma; "It is our express duty to build a future for our children, teaching them that in Canada there is no barrier too great and no ceiling too high."

As a new Canadian himself, Theodore Koum is inviting all Canadians to honestly discuss Immigration. Immigration has been the cornerstone of Canada's history and as such Canada must have the face, the age and the voice of all those who are the subject of its immigration policies. In Theodore Koum's own words; "Canada does not, should not and can not do without the contribution of immigrants. This great country is partly respected around the world due to its multiculturalism and this must be upheld. Theodore Koum captured his message under the "Audacity of Change and the Blooming of Canadians".
