TheOne™ Improved to Assist in Distance Learning and Rural Education

POMPANO BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - January 20, 2011) - Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LUDG) Announces positive educational movement to utilize a modified and improved version of Ludwig's digital radio receiver, "TheOne," to provide students located in rural locations access to encrypted digitalized educational transmissions.

The two-way encrypted characteristics of this multi channel device offer educators an opportunity to digitally transmit educational content to and interact with homebound students or rural students who live in sparsely populated areas.

This service could not only improve education but could drastically reduce bus and transportation costs for rural school districts.

The long-term plan for the United States is to deploy broadband to every urban and rural home. The reality appears completion of this plan is years in the future. Ludwig believes its technology can be an alternative until final implementation of rural broadband.

ABOUT THEONE™ -- "TheOne™" radio is designed to be a mobile or fixed based multi-channel, multi-purposed digital 2-way communication device. The primary service is audio but enhanced with video, signage, text, educational and social networking features.
