ThermaFreeze Products Corporation Increases Production Output to Meet Projected 2008 Demand

THEODORE, AL--(Marketwire - December 20, 2007) - ThermaFreeze Products Corporation (PINKSHEETS: TFZP) announced today that it is increasing production capacity to meet anticipated 2008 demand requirements.

Upgrades to its production throughout will be achieved primarily through the addition of a second high-speed automated pad cutting system, scheduled for installation after the first of the year. This will boost production capacity to an estimated annualized rate of over $14 million. Initial forecasts called for projected revenues of $6 million for 2008.

"Our requirements for 2008 are based on several factors. We expect to secure several additional high-volume perishable shipping clients with similar volume requirements as Hershey. In addition, we're seeing significant demand in the small to medium-sized perishable shippers sector, which is a significant portion of the market, and one that we're committed to provide for.

"We're also getting a lot of interest from the sports injury/compress market, so we're gearing up for a good year overall," Mr. Murray added.
