International Inc. ("Thermal Energy") (TSX VENTURE:TMG), (the "Company")
http://www.thermalenergy.com announced that Mr. Hinke will resign from
his position on the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President
of Thermal Energy, International. After a great amount of strategic
planning by Mr. Hinke and Management, the Board of Directors have agreed

my sincere gratitude for Tom's substantial business and intellectual
contributions to Thermal Energy's Board of Directors since the company's
inception," stated Tim Angus, President and CEO. "I believe I speak for
the entire Board when I say that having Tom focus the majority of his
talents on the duties of Chief Technology Officer will greatly assist
the company in achieving our mission of being the most innovative energy
recovery and pollution control provider in the world."

"This is an extremely critical juncture for Thermal Energy
International. I have never felt more confident in our ability to
succeed and greatly build and maximize shareholder value," stated Tom

building of this new world class management team and Board of Directors.
The next logical step is for me to give this company my complete and
total focus on what I enjoy most and excel at, which are the technology
solutions that have always differentiated Thermal Energy in the
