These Winners Make People Enjoy Being On Hold?!

TOLEDO, OH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 14, 2007 -- Is it possible? Could being On Hold actually be...fun? Judging by the winners of The On Hold Messaging Association's 2007 HOLDIE Awards, the answer is yes. OHMA saluted the finest in the On Hold industry at its annual conference in March. The winning entries displayed a variety of creative ideas. Here's what won.

HOLDIE's are awarded in two categories, "Real" and "Spoof." "Real" entries are those that were actually produced and used by a client. "Spoof," of course, represents those entries done just for creativity sake. This year's "Real" winner was from Lloyd Shockley of Richmond, VA, produced for "Mad Science," a group that helps children experience science in fun and creative ways. The "Spoof" winner was from Mike Edwards of West Palm Beach, FL. Here's your connection to "The Presidential Hotline."
