ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwired - Aug 15, 2013) - Evolving Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOL), a leading provider of strategic solutions to telecom operators worldwide, today announced that it has been granted a third US patent for elements of its Dynamic SIM Allocation™ (DSA) solution.
