Lara Covington represents individuals and corporations in connection with white collar defense investigations and enforcement actions involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA"), U.S. export controls and government contract issues. She also creates and enhances corporate anticorruption compliance programs and conducts third-party and M&A due diligence. She served as the lead associate in the representation of the Chief Executive Officer of a military and law enforcement equipment company accused of trying to bribe African officials in an undercover sting operation that resulted in the largest single prosecution of individuals in the history of FCPA enforcement. Lara joined the firm in 2010. She received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, cum laude, in 2004 and her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2000.

Rachel Hemani represents individuals and corporations in white collar criminal defense matters, regulatory enforcement cases and investigations by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and state and local authorities. Her cases have involved alleged accounting fraud, theft of trade secrets, tax fraud, antitrust violations, mail fraud, insider trading, mortgage fraud and health care fraud. Among her clients are financial institutions and senior corporate officers of public companies, as well as individuals in the financial services industry. Rachel is a member of the Federal Bar Council First Decade Committee and the New York City Bar Association. She joined the firm in 2006. She received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2004, and her B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vanderbilt University in 2000.

Jasmine Juteau represents individuals, corporate entities and non-profit organizations in civil litigation, enforcement actions, white collar criminal defense and corporate compliance matters. She frequently represents clients on matters involving allegations of insider trading, civil RICO, securities fraud and accounting fraud, anti-competitive activity and failure to supervise. Jasmine was a member of the team that successfully represented former Quest Communications International, Inc. President and Chief Operations Officer Afshin Mohebbi in an SEC enforcement action, resulting in a complete dismissal of the SEC's claims. Jasmine is a member of the New York City Bar Association, and was Secretary of the African Affairs Committee for eight years. She joined the firm in 2007. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2003, where she was a Stone Scholar and an Editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and Columbia Journal of Gender and Law; she received her B.A. from George Washington University in 1998, magna cum laude.
