Thunderbird Resorts Inc.: Annual Shareholder Meeting Results and Election of Officers


PANAMA, REPUBLIC OF PANAMA--(Marketwired - Sept. 26, 2013) - Thunderbird Resorts Inc. ("Thunderbird" or "Group") (FRANKFURT:4TR)(EURONEXT:TBIRD) announces that on 26 September 2013, at the Group's Annual General and Special Meeting of shareholders held in Zurich, Switzerland. Salomon Guggenheim, Douglas Vicari, Reto Stadelmann, Madeleine Linter, and Albert W. Atallah, were elected as Directors. Grant Thornton UK, LLP was appointed as auditors for the ensuing year.

Election of Officers: The Board of Directors appointed the following persons as officers of the Group for the ensuing year:

  • Albert Atallah, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
  • Peter LeSar, Chief Financial Officer
  • Tino Monaldo, Vice President - Corporate Development
