PANAMA CITY, REPULIC OF PANAMA--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2008) - Thunderbird Resorts Inc. (CNSX:TBI.U)(FRANKFURT:4TR)(EURONEXT:TBIRD) announces the following: The Company's shareholders at the special meeting held December 10, 2008, voted by a "super majority" in favor of a special resolution to amend Thunderbird's section 8 of its Memorandum of Association to add a new subsection providing that Thunderbird is not permitted to decline to register or recognize any transfer of our common shares following a transaction on Euronext Amsterdam or a transaction settled on or through Euroclear Nederland and/or Euroclear Bank. As a result of the forgoing, there will be no null and void trades on Euronext Amsterdam or settlement of such trades through Euroclear Nederland and/or Euroclear Bank.
