Thundermin Resources Inc. Re-Files September 30, 2010 Interim Financial Statements to Include Notice of No Auditor Review

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 14, 2011) - Thundermin Resources Inc. ("Thundermin") (TSX:THR) announces that, as a result of a regulatory review, it has re-filed its unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2010 to include a statement that an auditor has not performed a review of such statements. Thundermin, however, did make such disclosure in its accompanying MD&A for the period. Thundermin's unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2010 otherwise remain unchanged.
