ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas Business Unit Selects Dexterra for Field Operations Mobilization

Dexterra Mobile Service Application Optimizes 5,000 Field Operations Employees With Real-Time System and Data Access

BOTHELL, WA--(Marketwire - April 13, 2009) - Dexterra Inc., a leading provider of software to automate and manage mobile workforces, announced today that ThyssenKrupp Elevator (TKE) Americas Business Unit has selected the Dexterra Mobile Service™ application, based on the Dexterra Concert™ mobility platform, to mobilize its approximate 5,000 field operations employees in more than 100 different locations. TKE chose the off-the-shelf Dexterra Mobile Service application for its ability to tightly integrate with the elevator company's enterprise Oracle CRM/ERP systems which will in turn provide its workforce with the process-rich data they need while working in the field.
