Tiburon Inc. Launches DispatchNow Public Safety Solution Delivering SaaS Platform to Colorado County as First Hosted Client

Sophisticated and Affordable Public Safety Software Now Available to Agencies of All Sizes Through Cloud Computing Delivery Model

DispatchNow delivers full functionality through a secure hosted model that requires reduced on-site maintenance and allows secure access from Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP). The cities of Columbus and Weimar, TX have also signed on to implement DispatchNow Mobile units through the Colorado County program.

DispatchNow offers full functionality with no database servers installed at PSAP facilities, saving significant time in system deployment, eliminating the need to purchase or maintain costly hardware equipment, or hire and train dedicated IT personnel. Tiburon and Colorado County implemented the fully functional system in under three months from contract signature. The DispatchNow cloud computing model provides an elevated level of system availability while maintaining the absolute security and integrity of mission-critical data at a secure off-site location on a fault resilient hardware/software platform with a streamlined and very cost effective backup center capability.
