Tiburon Joins Intrado A9-1-1™ Alliance Member Program

Offering NextGen 9-1-1 Integration and Hosted CAD/Mobile Delivery Model for Public Safety Agencies

Tiburon and Intrado will integrate the DispatchNow computer aided dispatch system (CAD) and the A9-1-1 voice and data services through established industry standards. These standards enable the transition from today's legacy telecommunications systems to IP-based NextGen (NG) 9-1-1 services in the U.S.

Agencies can configure, test and implement NG9-1-1 solutions and services at their own pace according to the best use of agency resources while assuring the continued safety of the public. The solutions and services are fully modular and customizable to meet the unique requirements of individual agencies. The A9-1-1 Alliance Member Program helps content providers ensure their solutions and services are fully compatible with industry standards, while providing an open forum for thought partnership across the emergency communications industry. Through its involvement in the Alliance, Tiburon will work with Intrado to innovate and deliver seamless integration between Tiburon's CAD system and Intrado's A9-1-1 voice and data services.
