GREENWICH, CT--(Marketwired - Mar 14, 2014) - TICC Capital Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: TICC) announced today that it has priced a public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.14 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $60.8 million. The Company has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock. The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to take place on March 19, 2014.
Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include investments in corporate debt and equity securities and investments in structured finance vehicles.
