Tigerpaw Launches Journal Connect for Microsoft Outlook

Emails in Outlook Automatically Logged in Tigerpaw Journal Notes

Integrating Microsoft Outlook email into a client's historical notes in Tigerpaw enables customers to store and view a rich history of Outlook email correspondence for clients and prospects.

As emails come into Microsoft Outlook, Tigerpaw's Journal Connect for Outlook searches for the email address in Tigerpaw and matches it to the appropriate account, automatically adding the email body and its contents to the journal notes in Tigerpaw. The same process occurs when you send emails out of Outlook, so that all email correspondence ends up in the journal notes making it easy to track client and prospect correspondence forever -- regardless of what is done with the original emails.
