TigerTel/UTR Signs Agreement With Aizan Technologies

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 24, 2005) - TigerTel
Communications Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TTL)

Canadian call center solutions provider TigerTel/UTR, is pleased to
announce that an agreement has been reached with Aizan Technologies Inc,
naming TigerTel/UTR as a Value Added Reseller of Aizan's networking
voice and data services.

Aizan is a technology company with a focus on designing, developing and
delivering unique, proprietary computer telephony integration
technologies that allow the collection and distribution of information.

TigerTel/UTR sees Aizan as a strategic business partner with some key

TigerTel/UTR, in addition to reselling Aizan's technology and services
to its clientele, will use Aizan's Virtual Call Center platform to
support their national call distribution strategy, which enables the
organization to maximize their national network of 12 locations by
scaling up and down seamlessly to meet the volume requirements of
campaigns and to still offer highly personalized service. Recently, for
a large Not For Profit customer, TigerTel/UTR and Aizan ramped up their
technology and their operations within hours (normally a 3 week process)
to ensure that hundreds of thousands of donation calls were answered and
processed. At one point, TigerTel/UTR and Aizan were delivering
simultaneous donation calls to over 1600 agents in 20 call centers
across Canada.. According to Schmidt from Aizan "This level of agility
is not characteristic in large corporate organizations. We can turn on a
