TimeBridge Makes Meetings More Memorable With Evernote

New Integration Expands TimeBridge Capabilities: Now Export Meeting Notes to Evernote

BERKELEY, CA--(Marketwire - January 14, 2010) - TimeBridge today announced the addition of Evernote to the suite of tools available in TimeBridge's collaborative Meeting Room. With this partnership meeting organizers and attendees can now send their meeting notes, agendas and action items directly into their Evernote notebooks.

Evernote's popular multi-platform tool, already utilized by more than two million people, allows users to capture information in nearly any environment, on whatever device or platform they choose -- Web, Mac, PC, iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Palm Pre or Windows Mobile Phone, among others. Evernote makes this information accessible and searchable at any time, from anywhere, synchronizing it across all devices and making notes and memories available wherever, whenever.

TimeBridge's Meeting Room creates a web page where meeting leaders and attendees can create an agenda, track action items, share files and collaboratively take meetings notes in real time. Once the meeting is over, these items can be sent to Evernote so they can be read from any Evernote client or device. The meeting text is also searchable so that notes of various kinds can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection.

This powerful new feature further extends TimeBridge's ability to meet the evolving needs of meeting organizers and attendees. TimeBridge's Evernote integration enables users to:

-- Store meeting notes, agendas and action items in a central location,
-- Keep meetings paperless and unhindered by loose notes and papers,
-- Easily find and pull up previous meeting notes and collaborative
    text,
-- Email TimeBridge notes from within your Evernote notebook, and
-- Organize, tag and edit TimeBridge meeting notes from within Evernote.

TimeBridge also announced the TimeBridge Google Gadget this week that integrates inside of Google Calendar. The TimeBridge Google Gadget allows users to see contacts' availability at a glance and schedule meetings in just one click. These announcements combined with TimeBridge's recent Box.net integration represent a substantial expansion of the collaborative features in TimeBridge's Meeting Room. Together they demonstrate the company's accelerating momentum and commitment to incorporate the most trusted tools and technologies that help people run great meetings.

"We've created a suite that gives meeting leaders an array of familiar productivity tools to power their meetings," said Yori Nelken, CEO of TimeBridge. "This integration with Evernote gives our users a sharp 'meeting memory.' Now they can capture their notes and thoughts, and bring them along to team meetings."

"Organizing online meetings has become one of the biggest pains of modern business. TimeBridge makes this process really simple and intuitive," said Phil Libin, CEO of Evernote. "By integrating Evernote into their collaborative environment, TimeBridge ensures that all attendees have every aspect of their meeting saved and available in Evernote whenever they need it. We're thrilled to be a part of this very useful product."
