LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - February 03, 2016) - Grey Cloak Tech (OTCBB: GRCK) announced today that Tina Mulqueen, former Director of Corporate Communications for 21st Century Pictures Group and digital strategist for leading entertainment and technology brands, has been appointed the Vice President of Marketing to lead Grey Cloak's digital marketing initiatives.

Grey Cloak Tech, a publicly traded technology corporation, is laser-focused on detecting and tracking digital advertising fraud with its propriety Fraudlytic software. The Fraudlytic software detects hundreds of permutations of digital advertising fraud -- including cookie stuffing, ad stacking, and domain spoofing -- to allow advertisers to regain control of their advertising budget.
