(TSX VENTURE:TAU)(OTCQX:TINTF) (the "Company") reminds shareholders that, further to its news release dated September 13, 2016, the rights issued in its rights offering will expire and cease to be exercisable at 2:00 p.m. (Vancouver time) on Tuesday, October 18, 2016. Shareholders wishing to exercise their rights are urged to contact their broker well in advance of the expiry date.

The rights are currently trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TAU.RT and will cease trading at 9:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) on October 18, 2016.
