"Tintri supports a broad range of VMware solutions," said Yael Zheng, Chief Marketing Officer at Tintri. "We're in lockstep with VMware's efforts to improve the operational model of IT organizations and maximize the value of customer deployments. We are delighted to have the opportunity at VMworld to contribute to the robust discussions in the virtualization community about cloud, software defined infrastructure, application-aware storage and other important topics."

Building on its VM-level support for VMware vSphere, Tintri continues to drive deeper integration with VMware. New products to be highlighted at VMworld 2014 will complement the recently announced Tintri vSphere Web Client Plugin which enables customers to use the vSphere Web Client interfaces for per-VM data management and end-to-end latency visualization -- all directly from within VMware vCenter interface. All Tintri VMstore systems are certified with the latest vSphere releases including vSphere 5.5. Full VAAI support enables IT operations teams to leverage native Tintri per-VM cloning seamlessly from VMware vCenter or VMware vCloud Director. Ability to create space and performance efficient clones from VMware vCenter using Tintri VAAI Plugin significantly reduces provisioning time and complexity.
