Titan Energy Development, Inc. Delivers 100kW Generator to Xcel Energy in Minnesota

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. (OTCBB: TEWI) announced today that its subsidiary, Stellar Energy Services, Inc., has delivered a 100kW diesel engine generator system for the Xcel Energy Fieldon Substation, located in Medelia, Minnesota. Stellar Energy is an authorized dealer and service provider for Generac Power Systems in five Midwestern states.

The self-contained emergency system was purchased by Xcel Energy, the local electric utility company that services the majority of residents in Minnesota. The system was manufactured by Generac Power Systems with an outdoor sound attenuated enclosure and will provide emergency power to the substation should a loss of electricity occur.
