Titan Logix Corp. Announces First Quarter 2006 Financial Results

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 30, 2006) - Titan Logix Corp., (TSX VENTURE:TLA) an emerging technology company focused on the design, manufacturing, sales and support of multiple product lines for the oil and gas industry, is pleased to announce the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended November 30, 2005.

In its first quarter ended November 30, 2005 Titan reported net earnings of $147,092 compared to net earnings of $6,540 for the first quarter in the prior year. Sales revenues for the three-month period were $1,663,049 in comparison with $1,234,050 for the same period in fiscal 2005. The increase in revenue and profits is primarily attributable to the Company's increase in sales of its flagship products.

Titan's reported expenses for the first quarter totaled $508,234, a decrease of $27,244 in comparison to the same period last year. Working capital at November 30, 2005 amounted to $1,832,205, an increase of $130,728 from the August 31, 2005 year-end balance of $1,701,477.
