Titan Logix Corp. Announces New President and New Business Development Manager

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Aug. 31, 2010) - Titan Logix Corp., (TSX VENTURE:TLA), today announced that Greg McGillis has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer and John O'Connell will be joining the company as Business Development Manager.

The Board of Directors for Titan Logix Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg J. McGillis, P. Eng., as President and Chief Operating Officer effective September 1, 2010. He has most recently served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Titan. Greg is an Electrical Engineer by profession and over the past 17 years at Titan, in addition to his most recent assignment, he has filled various positions including Technical Sales Representative, Application Engineer, Alberta Branch Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Vice President of Engineering and Business Development. One of Greg's major accomplishments with Titan was leading the launch of Titan's TD80 (tanker truck level gauging system) in 1999. The TD80 is now Titan's number one flagship product accounting for well over 50% of Titan's revenue. Chairman of the Board, R.W. (Bob) Logan, states: "The Board of Directors knows Greg can lead Titan into the next decade in achieving Titan's vision".

In addition, Titan Logix Corp. is pleased to welcome John D. O' Connell to the TLC Team as Business Development Manager, commencing September 7, 2010. John is well versed in all aspects of the tank truck industry worldwide through his work in various capacities over the past 37 years. John's wealth of experience positions him well into Titan's vision "to be the global market share leader in advanced mobile tank level measurement, control and (fluid logistics) asset management." John has spent the past 7 years with the OPW Fluid Handling Group/Civacon group of companies in senior positions in business development, sales and marketing. Previously, John started the US operation for Drum/Syltone Industries (now Gardner Denver) and over 31 years developed their position as the global leader in tank truck discharge equipment. John's responsibilities at Titan will be focused on finding new market opportunities, working on strategic alliances and identifying potential acquisitions. John will be based in Kansas City, Missouri. He brings to Titan the unique combination of experience and entrepreneurship that will help Titan enhance shareholder value.

Les J. Evans will remain as Chief Executive Officer leading and supporting the Senior Executive team, consisting of Greg McGillis, President and Chief Operating Officer and Angela Schultz, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Les will serve the company on a part-time basis, transitioning his President responsibilities to Greg.
