Titan Logix Corp. Announces Third Quarter 2005 Financial Results

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - July 15, 2005) - Titan Logix Corp., (TSX VENTURE:TLA) an emerging technology company focused on the development, manufacturing and servicing of multiple product lines for the oil and gas, chemical and transportation industries, is pleased to announce the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended May 31, 2005.

In its third quarter ended May 31, 2005 Titan reported net earnings of $75,500 compared to a net loss of $6,296 for the third quarter in the prior year. For its nine months year-to-date Titan has net earnings of $196,895 compared to net earnings of $86,346 in 2004, a 128% increase. This increase is primarily attributed to the Company's diligent cost controls.

Revenues for the third quarter of fiscal 2005 were $1,410,952 in comparison with $1,275,334 for the same period in fiscal 2004. Titan's reported expenses for the third quarter totaled $447,985, a decrease of $33,298 in comparison to the same period last year. Working capital at May 31, 2005 amounted to $1,552,547, an increase of $234,517 from the August 31, 2004 year-end balance of $1,318,030.
