Titan Medical Inc. Signs an Agreement With Cadence Device Inc. for Manufacturing of Instruments for the SPORT(TM) Surgical System


TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - November 30, 2015) - Titan Medical Inc. ("Titan" or the "Company") (TSX: TMD) (OTCQX: TITXF) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Cadence Device, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cadence, Inc., ("Cadence"). Under the terms of the agreement, Cadence will develop, manufacture and manage the supply chain, sterilization and distribution for multi-articulating robotic instruments for use with Titan's SPORT™ Surgical System.
