TITAN Technology Partners Expands Its Sales Executive Team

Ben Bartels, Taylor Pruette and Matthew Nickels Join Global Outsourcing Provider to Address Growing Demand for TITAN's Global People Solutions

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - September 14, 2010) -  TITAN Technology Partners, a provider of global outsourced solutions, today announced new hires to further build its Global People Solutions (GPS) sales organization. Ben Bartels has joined TITAN as vice president, Sales and Business Development; Taylor Pruette is vice president, Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas; and Matthew Nickels is vice president, Northeast.

The addition of Bartels, Pruette and Nickels demonstrates TITAN's continuing investment in its Global People Solutions organization, which delivers worldwide human capital management (HCM) solutions. In February, TITAN achieved Platinum Partner status in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, recognizing the company's in-depth expertise and excellence in delivering ERP and EPM solutions.

"We are seeing continued demand for our human capital management solutions. Such experienced HR industry sales executives as Ben, Taylor and Matthew give us an incredible advantage in this quickly growing market," said Kephanie Landess, TITAN's senior vice president, Global People Solutions.

Bartels will focus on GPS sales as well as business development within the advisor channel, drawing on his deep sales experience in the human resource industry. Bartels was previously senior sales executive, HRO at Ceridian Corporation, where he was responsible for overall sales and business development of HRO/BPO services in the central and southeast regions. He was the top revenue producer for the entire Ceridian HRS business unit for sales in 2007 and 2009, and a top producer as a major accounts representative in the early 2000s. Bartels was also a channel sales engineer at Rockwell Automation, managing business development for a $14 million territory prior to joining Ceridian.

Taylor Pruette will focus on increasing TITAN's sales in the mid-Atlantic and Carolinas region within the GPS offering, building on his experience as a senior account executive at Lawson Software. Pruette established the mid-Atlantic territory in Lawson's new Strategic Human Capital Management business unit, focusing on performance management, compensation management, learning & development, and succession planning solutions. Previously, he was regional sales director at Kenexa Corporation, overseeing a national and regional territory and exceeding quotas up to $1.8 million over three years. Prior to Kenexa, Pruette was sales director, HRO at Advantec-HR, following five years as sales vice president, east region at Ceridian.

Matthew Nickels will lead GPS sales in TITAN's fast-growing northeast region. Previously, Nickels was regional vice president of sales at HR Access, the division of Fidelity Investments focused on providing human resource and payroll outsourcing services. Nickels improved the teams' sales performance 179 percent from 2008 to 2009. Previously, he was the company's top-performing account executive in quota attainment. Nickels also served as district vice president of sales at Ceridian, where he launched a new mid-market sales team in the northeast. Nickels established his sales reputation at Ceridian as the number one account executive in 2006, achieving 177 percent of his quota.

Landess concluded, "TITAN has established a solid reputation as global provider of outsourced human capital management solutions. We're excited to welcome Ben, Taylor and Matthew to the TITAN team as we strategically deepen our market presence."
